Key Responsibilities: Service, maintain, and repair diesel generators used in dewatering systems. Diagnose faults and carry out preventative maintenance. Work closely with site supervisors to ensure equipment uptime. Maintain accurate service records and comply with safety protocols. Requirements: Trade qualification as a Heavy Duty Fitter / Diesel Mechanic. Proven experience with generator servicing in mining, civil, or construction environments. Familiarity with dewatering systems and pump setups. Valid driver’s licence and relevant tickets (e.g. HR, forklift, confined space – desirable). Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
