What we are looking for To be successful, you must be able to demonstrate: Strong leadership skills with the ability to empower, motivate and develop a multi-disciplinary team Experience in project and operational management, including experience in the preparation and management of substantial budgets. High level communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders internally and externally Proven ability to prioritise, monitor and co-ordinate personal workload, with minimal supervision to achieve business unit outcomes. Well-developed analytical capabilities, to ensure accurate and concise environmental advice is provided and legislation is interpreted correctly. Essential requirements Tertiary qualification in Environmental Management or similar discipline.
