In this role, you’ll lead and support staff to ensure services are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. You’ll be responsible for maintaining infection control and cleanliness across patient and non-patient areas, as well as overseeing linen, waste management, and other critical services. You’ll also play an important role in workplace safety, staff training, and compliance with KPIs—helping your team provide consistent, high-quality services that directly support patient care and experience.
