CoMade is seeking a highly experienced Communication and Controls Engineer to join our team on the CRR infrastructure project. This role is critical to the successful delivery of electrical systems across construction and commissioning phases. The Communications and Controls Engineer plays a critical role in the construction and commissioning phases of tunnel rail and infrastructure projects. This position is responsible for overseeing the installation, integration, testing, and commissioning of complex control and communication systems that support tunnel operations, ensuring they meet design specifications, safety standards, and operational requirements. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the installation of control systems (e.g., PLCs, SCADA) and communication networks (e.g., fiber optics, radio, Ethernet) during construction. Lead the commissioning process, including Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and system integration testing. Interface with contractors, system integrators, and project stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant delivery of systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation and commissioning phases. Ensure all systems are compliant with relevant standards and project-specific requirements. Prepare and review technical documentation, test procedures, and commissioning reports. Support handover to operations and maintenance teams, including training and documentation.
