Team The Team Manager Analyst role presents an exciting opportunity for a driven and emerging leader to step into a strategic leadership position within our Regional Business Banking team. You’ll lead a high-performing team of Analysts and Account Managers and be responsible for shaping the region’s business by building relationships, developing local capability, and laying the groundwork for continued success. Please note travel will be required for this role. What You’ll Be Doing Lead and coach a team of Analysts and Account Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development. Champion best-practice sales and service delivery, ensuring alignment with RAB credit and compliance standards. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and business partners to support team success. Drive capability uplift across the Centre, ensuring frontline staff are equipped to deliver exceptional service. Identify and manage risk proactively, sharing insights and supporting course correction where needed. Promote a curious mindset and encourage adoption of technology across the team. What You’ll Bring Experience as a senior analyst with strong credit and risk skills. Leadership experience is highly regarded, but we also welcome high-performing senior team members ready to step into leadership. Strong commercial acumen and deep understanding of financial services products. Proven ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across teams. Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes. Why This Role?
