As our Commercial Analyst, you’ll provide critical commercial insights and financial analysis, predominantly supporting the marketing team. You’ll help shape behaviours, improve efficiency, and drive optimal business outcomes — all while keeping our passion for great food at the heart of every decision. What You’ll Do Reporting & Analysis Deliver proactive commercial insights by analysing shifts in product mix, basket composition, and channel performance in response to marketing campaigns, promotional activity, and pricing strategies. Conduct pre and post campaign analysis to evaluate ROI and drive sales growth Analyse large datasets to identify trends, sales patterns and correlations relevant to marketing strategies and restaurant operations Support finance and marketing teams with budget preparation and forecasting Modelling and Insights Maintain and continuously improve commercial models, sales tracking tools, and processes. Conduct data-driven deep dives to provide timely and actionable insights to the business. Enhance forecasting accuracy through model improvements and proactive scenario planning. Create analytical tools and turn financial data into actionable insights for decision-making. Systems & Business Partnering Act as the first point of contact for commercial queries, providing clear and practical guidance. Act as the strategic conduit between marketing and supply chain, translating NPDs, promotional plans, and brand campaigns into actionable insights on raw ingredient demand Ensure accuracy and integrity of commercial data across systems. Provide support for ad hoc commercial projects. Leverage Excel, Power Query, VBA, and other tools to streamline reporting, automate processes, and improve accessibility of insights. What You’ll Bring 3–5 years’ experience in a fast-paced finance environment (QSR or FMCG experience advantageous). CPA, CA, or CIMA qualified advantageous (or working towards). Strong commercial acumen, P&L understanding, and ability to analyse large volumes of data. Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Query skills (SQL, VBA, OLAP experience preferred). Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
