Responsibilities Lead and oversee the IT project portfolio , ensuring robust governance, strategic prioritisation, resource optimisation, and effective RAID and benefits management across all initiatives. Drive programme health and delivery assurance through structured stage gate reviews, health checks, and continuous improvement practices from ideation to closure. Act as a strategic advisor and delivery partner , fostering cross-functional collaboration between IT and business units to align programmes with enterprise goals and unlock value. Inspire and manage a high-performing PMO team , providing leadership, coaching, and escalation support across project management, testing, change, and PMO operations. Own portfolio reporting and financial oversight , including capital budget reviews, planning, forecasting and performance dashboards, while identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency through technology and innovation. About You A bachelor’s degree in information technology , Business, or a related field, with 10 years of experience in IT programme/project management, including 5 years in a leadership role . Proven success operating and evolving an IT PMO within FMCG or similarly fast-paced, consumer-centric industries . Strategic thinker with strong business acumen with deep expertise in portfolio governance, financial management , and delivery assurance , with a sharp eye for value creation and continuous improvement. Certifications in PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or similar methodologies, and a pragmatic approach to applying them in real-world settings. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills , with the ability to influence at all levels and drive cross-functional collaboration.
