About The Role PolyNovo is currently searching for an Operations Analyst to join the Manufacturing team. Reporting to the Production Manager , the Operations Analyst will be responsible in providing actionable insights that consider cost, efficency and performance to help support decisions. Key Responsibilities Interrogating data and providing analytical support on performance in key business areas eg operational performance, reporting, production consumables, and supply chain Assisting in developing cost and performance models and reporting in order to optimise operations across our global supply chain Identify inefficiencies in production workflows and recommend improvements to reduce waste and enhance throughput Build and manage interactive dashboards for real-time performance tracking using Business Intelligence tools Support implementation of digital tools for operational efficiency Taking ownership of the manufacturing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system including creating orders, generating reports, finalising transactions, and ensuring the continuous improvement of the system Leading and facilitating Operations meetings and workshops Other ad-hoc duties as instructed by the Chief Manufacturing and Supply Chain Officer Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business or Commerce Skills Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with co-workers, customers, and other stakeholders. Proven ability to take accountability for the quality and timeliness of work outputs while maintaining high personal and professional standards. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within small team environments, self-starter with proactive problem-solving skills and strong personal initiative.
