Description Make a real and lasting impact on our community by providing cleaning support services, generally within school hours. Greatness starts here We are looking for individuals who have a systematic approach to cleaning, have high attention to detail, have knowledge and understanding of infection control practices and the safe use of cleaning related chemicals. We require people who are available to provide in home cleaning. You will need to be available to work day time and you may be rostered to do 2 x 2 hour shifts in one day at different locations. Previous cleaning experience in a community services field will be an advantage. You must have a full or probationary drivers licence to enable you to drive a DPV Health vehicle. Working as part of the Support at home team, and reporting to the Support at home co-ordinator, you will be responsible for: Cleaning clients’ homes to a high standard Building a rapport with clients Communicating any issues or concerns about client wellbeing to the support at home coordinator Skills And Experiences Bring your best, everyday! To be successful in this role you will demonstrate a good work ethic and kind/friendly personality. Prior experience in cleaning is not essential but desired. Some knowledge of infection control and standard cleaning techniques Ability to problem solve and vary routines and service provision based on the client’s needs/preferences The fine print Successful candidates will be required to undergo a National Police Check, International Police Check (if applicable), hold a valid WWCC.
