As the Cleaning Site Supervisor at ACD Professional Services, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating a team of cleaners to ensure the effective delivery of cleaning services to our clients. What you'll be doing Supervise and provide direction to a team of cleaners to ensure high-quality cleaning services are delivered Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to meet client requirements Monitor and evaluate the performance of the cleaning team, providing feedback and support as needed Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with the cleaning services Coordinate the allocation of cleaning resources and equipment to meet the demands of multiple sites Ensure all cleaning activities are carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency
