About the Role: The Credit Administrator is responsible for delivering all backend and administrative functions associated with Credit Management Operations. Maintain the Credit Management mailboxes and associated tasks. Funds transfer and refund requests. Action bounced back refunds. Disconnection for non-payment and associated tasks. Action queries/requests raised by Mercantile Agents. Assist with the credit legal/bankruptcy process and associated tasks and enquiries. Provide back up support to the Credit Receipting role.
