Description We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Full Time Barista to join our Royal Adelaide Hospital team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality coffee experiences. What you’ll do: Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based and specialty coffee drinks to a consistently high standard Operate and maintain commercial coffee machines and grinders Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment Support café operations including food handling, POS transactions, and general service duties Follow safety, quality, and food handling procedures What you'll bring Proven experience as a barista in a busy café or hospitality setting Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment Food Handling Certificate and barista training are a plus Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering quality service Why Downer?
