About Us: Maleny State School is found in a semi-rural setting on the top of the Sunshine Coast's Southern Ranges. The school celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2019 and has a strong history of generations of local families engaging in the school community. There are currently 395 students attending the school. The staff value family ideals and strive to create a warm, supportive, school climate that promotes a sense of belonging and encourages students to be motivated self-regulated learners.
