About The Role As the Director , you will be responsible for: overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre, including administration, health and safety, compliance, and staff development, ensuring the highest standards are met. Ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements, manage staff rosters and ratios and maintain strong supervision. Driving occupancy and exceed targets while delivering exceptional care to families. Driving continuous improvement and quality practice in line with the National Quality Standards (NQS) . Ensuring delivery of a high-quality educational program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) . Building and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, families, and staff to create a thriving and supportive community. Fostering a culture of growth and development, empowering your team to reach their full potential. What We Are Looking For Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Director or Nominated Supervisor. A proven track record of delivering results in a Centre. Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACEQA approved). Current Blue Card, First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis and Child Protection Certificate. Deep understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations, EYLF, NQS and CCS. Responsible and ready with a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate. Experience with Assessment & Rating would be advantageous. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
