We’re looking for a Junior Planner to join a much-loved Australian lifestyle retailer known for bringing style and organisation to everyday life. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between Buying, Planning and Store teams, using numbers to tell stories and helping shape ranges that inspire customers every season. You’ll work closely with senior Planners to analyse sales, manage OTB, and ensure stock is in the right place, at the right time. It’s a role that combines commercial thinking with creativity — perfect for someone who thrives on variety, problem-solving, and collaboration. What You’ll Be Doing Support the planning of seasonal sales, stock, and profit targets. Manage OTB at class, category and option level with accuracy and attention to detail. Partner with Buying on range planning, quantification, and option analysis. Analyse store performance and maintain accurate allocations and replenishment profiles. Track weekly trading results, highlighting risks and opportunities. Assist with post-season analysis and recommendations to improve future performance. What You’ll Bring 3–5 years’ experience as an Allocator or Assistant Planner in retail. Strong Excel and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. A commercial mindset and curiosity to understand what drives performance. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across Buying, Design and Supply Chain.
