Their store at Highpoint is a key part of the brand experience, and they're now looking for a confident, high-performing Store Manager to truly own the space , lead a vibrant team, and lift performance across the board. About the Role This is a hands-on, full-time leadership position, perfect for someone fun, energetic, and people-savvy , who knows how to bring the team together , lead from the front, and handle challenges without missing a beat. The current team includes around 10 casuals , with a mix of mostly younger staff, plus a full-time 2IC . Your job? Set the standard, coach the team, and run the store like it's your own. Your Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and inspire a close-knit, mostly casual team Be a visible, supportive leader - setting the tone for the day Drive store sales and performance to meet and exceed targets Maintain high operational standards and visual presentation Step in when needed - from handling escalations to helping on the floor Have the confidence to hold tough but fair conversations when needed Foster a positive team culture and a strong sense of accountability Partner closely with your 2IC to ensure coverage, coaching, and consistency About You You're a natural leader with the kind of presence and energy that lifts the team around you. You're not afraid of a challenge, you thrive in dynamic environments, and you know how to balance high standards with team spirit.
