About the role: We are currently seeking a motivated Enrolled Nurse to join our team in West Melbourne on a permanent part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be flexible and willing to travel as required to meet business needs. Working under the delegation of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Enrolled Nurse delivers clinical and personal care that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing, while ensuring compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, organisational policies, and professional scope of practice. We are looking for dependable candidates who can work flexible hours, preferably on Monday to Friday 8am to 3:30 pm. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Provision of safe, effective, evidence-based clinical care in consumer homes (mainly administration of medications, conducting basic clinical assessments, and assisting with chronic disease management and rehabilitation programs) under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Work collaboratively with team members and consumers to deliver consumer centred care of the highest standards. Contribute to the development, review, and implementation of individualised care plans. Understand and operate within the scope of practice of an Enrolled Nurse to ensure most effective outcomes for consumers. Comply with Baptcare’s Risk Management systems and Workplace Health and Safety Standards. Essential Qualifications & Requirements: A minimum of Diploma in Nursing. Current AHPRA Registration. Experience working within the Aged Care or Community sector is advantageous. Current Australian Driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance. Preferably, candidates will have a minimum of 3 years’ nursing experience, either in a community or hospital setting, with a strong preference for community nursing experience. What’s it for You?
