This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys leading through collaboration, supporting others, and making a meaningful impact. In this role you will have a balance of non-contact and contact responsibilities, with 2-3 days off the floor dedicated to coaching, mentoring and guiding the team. The remaining time will be spent in a float position, working closely with educators to support high-quality practice across the service. You will also play a key role in planning and coordinating service events within the community, helping to strengthen relationships and enhance our program.
