Reporting to the National Linehaul Manager, the Fleet Supervisor will bring exceptional operational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead and manage relationships effectively. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining high safety standards, ensuring fleet operational excellence, and optimising the performance and service to our clients. As a Fleet Supervisor, you'll collaborate with a dynamic team of national drivers, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders where you will gain job satisfaction by leveraging your logistics and fleet management skill. Reporting to the National Linehaul Manager, the Fleet Supervisor based in Smithfield will bring strong fleet management, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and manage stakeholder relationships effectively. Your focus will be on upholding high safety standards, driving fleet & employee performance, and ensuring service excellence for our clients. In this role, you’ll work closely with a national driving team and engage with both internal and external stakeholders and will gain job satisfaction by applying your transport and leadership experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
