Start: Immediate; 6 months w/extension Location : Geelong ON-SITE 3 days p/week We're looking for a Business Analyst to support Deployment Readiness and Change Management for our Network Segmentation project. Desired experience: Network segmentation programs including the establishment of a new windows domain Operational Technology (SCADA, MES or similar) Windows domain establishment and general network segmentation Other requirements Work from Ryrie St 3 days per week Cybersecurity awareness – understanding the rationale and risks driving segmentation. Tool proficiency – familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Visio, Miro, MS Suite including Teams. Collaboration skills – ability to work across infrastructure, security, and business teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Readiness & Criteria Definition Work with SMEs to identify and document deployment readiness criteria. Translate technical and operational requirements (IT & OT) into measurable readiness checks. Translate technical impacts (e.g. access restrictions, dependencies) 2. Testing & Transition Assess, report, communicate how segmentation will affect business processes, applications and user roles. Document and communicate changes to workflows, access and data flows. Develop and document test plans, procedures, and results (including PVT). Prepare transition plans for OT and S&SI Treatment into the new SCADA domain. 3. Change Impact & Process Mapping Conduct change impact assessments, eliciting undocumented current processes, change readiness assessments. Define “to be” processes aligned with the SCADA system segmentation. 4. Change & Training Develop and execute a comprehensive Change Management Plan. Identify training requirements; prepare materials and detailed communications. Deliver training sessions and knowledge transfer for new/changed processes. 5. Communications Develop and execute a Comms Plan (stakeholder updates, technical briefings, operational handbooks). Act as a bridge between SMEs, operators, and business stakeholders.
