This is the perfect chance to begin your journey in early childhood education – you’ll gain hands-on experience while completing your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care through a structured traineeship program. About the Role As a trainee, you will: Work alongside experienced educators to provide quality care and education for children aged 18months–5 years. Support daily routines, play-based learning, and safe environments. Learn how to build meaningful relationships with children and families. Contribute to activities, meals, and routines while developing your professional skills. Study towards your Certificate III qualification with dedicated support and mentoring. This is a full-time traineeship (typically 12–18 months), with paid work and study combined. About You We are looking for someone who is: Passionate about working with children and building a career in early education. Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn. A team player with a positive and caring attitude. Holds a Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain).
