What You’ll Need: Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, AIN or equivalent. Experience in support work (a bonus, but not essential). Current First Aid & CPR certification. NSW Driver’s License. Valid checks: Working with Children, National Police (within 3 months), NDIS Worker Screening. Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module. Physical capability to lift up to 10kg unassisted. Flexibility to work across shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
