The Role We’re looking for an experienced Portfolio Campaign Manager to take ownership of campaign strategy, development, and delivery across a diverse portfolio of Shopping Centres. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with strong project management skills, a passion for building partnerships, and the ability to deliver comprehensive campaigns that drive results. What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end development of integrated campaigns across multiple centres. Oversee timelines, budgets, and campaign assets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Plan and deliver community activations with strong stakeholder coordination. Build and grow brand, retail, and community partnerships. Prepare campaign and partnership proposals, and present value propositions to stakeholders. Collaborate with marketing, digital, creative, leasing, and centre teams to ensure consistent execution. Report on campaign performance, ROI, and partnership outcomes, with data-led recommendations for future initiatives. What We’re Looking For 5 years in marketing, partnerships, or campaign management (retail or events experience highly regarded). Proven ability to deliver creative, Ulti-layered campaigns across digital, in-centre, community, and experiential channels. Strong partnership development and stakeholder management skills. Solid budget management and reporting experience. Excellent copywriting, presentation, and communication skills. Creative and strategic thinker with attention to detail and strong execution focus. Confident working across multiple projects, with the ability to balance national consistency and local impact.
