Roundtree Search have partnered with a growing CRE private credit specialist looking to expand their footprint in NSW. Reporting into the Head of NSW and based in Sydney's CBD, we seek a proven credit Analyst. The firm partners with institutional investors, family offices, and wholesale capital providers to deliver tailored financing solutions across the capital stack, with a focus on development and investment loans. The firm has found success with repeat sponsor partnerships with consistent development pipelines of work, ensuring a successful few years ahead. Given the small team and the boutique nature of the fund, this role will provide an excellent insight of transactions from end-to-end. This means attending meetings with sponsors, developers, brokers and capital partners when neccessary. Key ResponsibilitiesUndertake detailed financial modelling, credit analysis, and scenario testing.Support the preparation of investment papers and deal recommendations.Assist in structuring, negotiating, and executing transactions.Conduct sector research, market benchmarking, and sponsor due diligence.Provide ongoing loan monitoring and asset management support. Candidate Profile2–5 years’ experience in real estate finance, credit analysis, valuations, investment banking, or structured finance.Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to articulate recommendations clearly.A commercial mindset, team-oriented approach, and eagerness to grow within the CRE private credit space.
