This role offers exposure to high-stakes commercial litigation, regulatory investigations, class actions, and public inquiries, often involving complex multi-party proceedings and strategic legal issues. The Team The Disputes and Investigations team specialises in helping clients navigate significant commercial and corporate disputes with a strategic and commercial lens. The practice focuses on risk identification and management, providing clients with effective prevention and resolution strategies through litigation, arbitration, and other dispute resolution mechanisms.The team regularly advises on matters involving corporate misconduct, regulatory enforcement, shareholder class actions, and commissions of inquiry.
