The RoleAs Senior FP&A Analyst, you’ll play a key role in driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling. You’ll be hands-on with systems and reporting tools, ensuring financial insights are clear, accurate, and actionable. Your work will directly influence decision-making and performance outcomes across the organisation. Key ResponsibilitiesLead budgeting and forecasting processes, including bottom-up builds and long-term planning.Design, build, and refine financial models with accuracy and attention to detail.Work with financial planning and reporting tools (e.g., Workday Adaptive) to improve system use and reporting.Develop dashboards and reports that facilitate analysis, decision-making, and performance assessment.Provide commercial insights, identifying risks, opportunities, and solutions.Communicate financial insights effectively across teams and stakeholders. About You5 years’ experience in FP&A, preferably with consulting or commercial finance exposure.Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.Solid systems knowledge, ideally with financial planning and reporting tools.Excellent communication skills with the ability to challenge and influence.Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.Comfortable in high-growth environments with a collaborative mindset.
