What You’ll Be Doing Managing a growing portfolio of commercial properties with precision and care. Prospecting, sourcing, and securing new LEP zones for lessees. Drafting heads of agreement and overseeing key negotiations. Conducting inspections and ensuring compliance across fire services, marketing campaigns, leasing proposals, and MAA signings. Delivering accurate market advice and rental appraisals that inspire client confidence. Working closely with solicitors on the drafting, execution, and registration of leases and variations. What We’re Looking For Commercial real estate experience is required for this role. Strong knowledge of the Northern Beaches commercial market (ideal but not essential). A natural ability to generate leads and drive new business opportunities. Exceptional communication skills – confident, professional, and client-focused. Current COR and reliable car.
