Job Description - Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to identify and qualify leads. Conduct research to identify gaps in the market and prospective clients Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively pitch products or services that meet their objectives. Provide product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition. Develop sales plans and strategies to ensure that you are growing our business in line with our GP targets / KPIs Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Preparing sales contracts and managing post-sales services Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
