All Rounder – Guest Experience Well established apartment rental business FT, PT, Casual and Flexible hours negotiable North Sydney location Our client is a leading long-term apartment rental business with offices around Australia. The business is now looking for a true self-starter to join the business, owning the end-to-end guest experience across our North Sydney apartments. This is an important and highly autonomous role. You take pride in immaculate standards and have a systematic approach to your work with checklists and follow-through. You’re customer-obsessed, personable and solution-focused, IT-literate and happy to flex your hours and support working in a small team. This role is highly flexible and we are open to negotiations around days/hours available. The role may include occasional early mornings/evenings, possible on-call weekends. What you’ll do: meet & greet guests, coordinate housekeeping and presentation, upgrade and style apartments, set up TV/Wi-Fi, and handle minor repairs to keep everything running smoothly.
