To provide a broad range of procedural, compliance and reporting services, ensuring activities support business objectives and are in line with venue strategies and tactics, the people and the culture. Develop, implement and drive the food strategy of the venue including menu design that is ahead of industry trends, cost and stock management and leads seamless workflows to ensure the kitchen delivers exceptional food for our customers. Core Duties Kitchen Operations - Overseeing the day to day operations of the kitchen including adherence to internal and external policies and procedures. People - recruitment, performance management and succession planning for the kitchen. Financial - proactively managing and tweaking daily and weekly expenses, wages, and GP to ensure the budget is met. Menu Development – Menu design and refresh in line with brand concept, company timeframes, and guidelines. Compliance - Interpret and analyse kitchen reports, audits and documentation to mitigate risks and problems and ensure compliance obligations are being met.
