About the Role As a Test and QA Technician , you’ll perform final validation, inspection, and functional testing of high-performance electronic systems and components. You’ll help ensure that products meet stringent quality and performance standards before reaching customers worldwide. Working alongside engineering, production, and supply-chain teams, you’ll: Execute validation and quality testing across products and assemblies. Identify, record, and resolve non-conformance and quality issues. Support root-cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions (CAPA). Maintain test records, reports, and dashboards for continuous improvement. Contribute to refining validation protocols and improving QA processes. Why Join Us? You thrive in a fast-paced engineering environment and take pride in delivering reliable, high-quality results. To succeed, you’ll bring: A diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Mechatronic Engineering (or equivalent). Experience in testing, validation, or QA within an engineering or electronics environment. Working knowledge of quality systems such as ISO9001 and NCR/CAPA processes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Confidence using electronic test instruments such as oscilloscopes and power meters. Desirable: Experience in electronics manufacturing, EV systems, or power electronics environments.
