Description and Requirements About the Role: We are seeking a proactive Technical Account Manager (TAM) to act as the trusted technical partner for our enterprise customers. You will help customers maximize the value of our server and storage solutions, provide expert guidance, and ensure smooth operation of their IT environments. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main technical point of contact for assigned accounts. Provide guidance on architecture, deployment, and best practices for server and storage solutions. Monitor system performance and recommend preventive actions. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues quickly. Deliver technical presentations, workshops, and reports to customer stakeholders. Manage escalations and coordinate with product teams for complex challenges. Drive customer success, adoption, and long-term satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Master’s preferred. Strong experience with server and storage technologies, data centers, and enterprise IT. Knowledge of SAN/NAS, RAID, virtualization, cloud integration, and HPC environments. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Proven problem-solving and project management abilities. Fluent in English & Korean for collaboration with global teams. Willingness to travel globally to support customers. Preferred Skills: ITIL, VMware, Cisco, or other relevant certifications in networking, virtualization, or storage. Experience with Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) technologies. Experience in proactive account management and customer success. Familiarity with monitoring tools, automation, and performance optimization.
