Description The Electrical Supervisor will have the following duties: Supervise and lead a team to ensure smooth daily operations. Plan and schedule electrical maintenance to minimise downtime. Oversee the installation, repair, and testing of electrical systems and equipment. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards across all projects. Collaborate with the Engineering team to optimise equipment performance. Prepare and maintain detailed reports on electrical activities and performance metrics. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently to support production goals. Train and mentor team members to foster skill development and adherence to best practices. Profile A successful Electrical Supervisor should have: Electrical license is a must Previously worked either industrial, manufacturing, FMCG, food or beverage is a must Previous leadership/ supervising experience Solid knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and repair techniques. Familiar with CMMS systems Strong knowledge of PLCs, automation systems, and electrical schematics.
