About the opportunity: Our client is seeking a Quality and Performance Specialist to strengthen its Quality and Compliance function across a suite of Employment Services programs, including the new Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) contract. This newly created position represents an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping quality systems and ensuring excellence in service delivery as the organisation transitions into the next phase of Employment Services reform. Reporting to a senior member of the Employment Services leadership team, you’ll act as an internal adviser and subject matter expert on compliance, audit readiness, performance improvement and continuous quality assurance across multiple sites. Your primary focus will be on IEA Quality and Compliance, including IEA audits and National Standards for Disability Services (NSDS) audits, while also providing oversight and support for TTW and other programs. Key responsibilities include: Leading internal quality audits and compliance checks across Employment Services contracts Supporting external audits and DSS site monitoring visits Analysing performance data and identifying improvement opportunities Providing training, mentoring and guidance to frontline and regional teams Supporting the development and implementation of quality policies, procedures and evidence frameworks The role is based at the organisation’s Penrith hub , where senior managers collaborate closely. Occasional travel will be required to regional IEA sites including Murray Darling, Sunraysia and Western District ESAs. The salary available will include tax incentives through salary packaging and can include a fully maintained vehicle or vehicle allowance. About you: You’re an experienced Quality or Compliance professional from the Employment Services sector who thrives on improving systems and ensuring high standards. You may currently be working in an ESA / Regional Manager or Quality role and looking for an opportunity to specialise and influence performance across a broader portfolio. You’ll bring: Strong knowledge of Employment Services contracts and compliance frameworks (IEA, TTW, DES, Workforce Australia or similar) Experience with audits, data analysis and performance reporting Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A collaborative approach and the ability to work with managers and staff at all levels A current driver’s licence This position offers genuine scope for growth with the potential to evolve into a leadership role for the right candidate.
