Employment Type: Permanent Full Time Location: Sydney As an Case Manager, you will support children and young people to achieve their case plan goals, including supporting them to be restored to their family, live independently, move to a permanent home or step down to less intensive placement types. To be successful in this role, you will have experience working with Children & Young People in out of home care and an understanding of trauma and its effects on children and young people. This is a hybrid working role, and regular travel across Western and South-West Sydney is a requirement of this role. ( A qualification is desirable but not essential for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander applicants with relevant experience and a willingness to undertake further training) Previous case management experience within an Intensive Therapeutic Care or Out Of Home Care (OOHC) setting Experience supporting Children & Young People with disability, who have experienced backgrounds of trauma, abuse and/or neglect.
