Intune MDM Specialist – Adelaide | Initial 6-Month Contract We’re working with a large public sector organisation in Adelaide undertaking a significant mobile device upgrade project. They’re looking for an experienced Microsoft Intune MDM Specialist to support the rollout and configuration of mobile devices across the business. The Opportunity This is a hands-on technical role where you’ll take ownership of the Microsoft Intune environment, supporting the setup, deployment, and management of approximately 1,000 iOS and Android devices . You’ll partner closely with the Project Lead and the Asset Management team to ensure all devices are deployed securely, configured correctly, and integrated seamlessly into existing systems. You’ll be the Intune expert on the ground — advising, configuring, and ensuring best practices are followed throughout the project’s delivery. Key Responsibilities Configure and deploy Microsoft Intune MDM for both iOS and Android platforms within a shared tenancy setup Create secure device profiles and manage compliance settings, security policies, and user access controls Establish and maintain corporate app stores for the controlled rollout of business applications Test, troubleshoot, and refine deployment processes to ensure a smooth rollout with minimal user disruption Document all configuration and setup processes to support ongoing maintenance Deliver knowledge transfer sessions to internal staff to enable long-term system support Provide technical guidance and advice on mobile device management best practices About You Proven experience supporting or leading Intune MDM deployments in large or complex environments Strong technical understanding of mobile device configuration (iOS and Android) and application management Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills Confident working in project-based environments with multiple stakeholders Collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to translate technical solutions into practical outcomes Role Details Location: Adelaide CBD Contract: 6 months, with potential for extension Start: November / December Focus: End-to-end Intune configuration, rollout, and knowledge transfer This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on a large-scale technology transformation project — while working with a supportive and knowledgeable project team.
