Job Description Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Façade Engineer to join our expanding Perth team and contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects. In this role, you will contribute to the design and delivery of façade engineering solutions across a diverse range of projects. Working collaboratively with architects, builders, and clients, you’ll play a key part in transforming architectural visions into buildable, efficient, and sustainable designs. Key Responsibilities: Undertaking the design, engineering and documentation for façade and build-ability consultancy inclusive of detailed engineering calculations, analysis, drawings, and specifications. Reviewing contractor submissions, show drawings and calculations. Façade engineering design and buildability consultancy, including material knowledge and installation techniques. Preparing tender submissions. Liaising and coordinating with the design/project team and other disciplines within Inhabit as required. Building relationships with clients on projects and develop contacts within the façade industry.
