Description The key areas of responsibility for this role include: Maintain and operate Caterpilar 3516 and 3520 gas and diesel reciprocating engines Operate low pressure waste heat boilers and associated ancillary plant and equipment Operate advanced instrumentation and process control systems Perform regular inspection and maintenance of above equipment to a high standard Monitor the process to ensure optimum output Carry out routine housekeeping duties Utilise the Maintenance Management and Quality Assurance Systems as part of the daily functions Actively ensure own health and safety and the health and safety of others through understanding and implementing workplace health and safety obligations Any other duties appropriate to the level and responsibility of the position as required. Qualifications and experience: Electrical trade qualifications Experience in operating and maintaining large reciprocating engines Current drivers license First Aid Certificate (desirable) You will be a highly motivated, self starter with excellent communication skills and work effectively in a small, collaborative team environment.
