The Role As the Head Chef you will take charge of the kitchen operations in a well-established regional venue. You'll be responsible for leading and mentoring the kitchen team, maintaining high food safety standards, and delivering consistent quality across seasonal peaks and quieter periods. A current QLD Food Safety Certificate is required, along with experience in training staff, managing costs, and reducing waste.
