We are currently seeking experienced Polywelders and Operators ready to hit the ground running in dynamic site environments. The Opportunity These roles offer long-term security with excellent rates, consistent rosters, and the chance to work on large-scale projects with some of Australia’s top mining and civil contractors. Duties Include Polywelding (Butt Fusion & Electrofusion) using McElroy and Dixon machinesAssisting with installation of HDPE, steel, and copper pipelinesHydrotesting, commissioning, and tie-in worksOperating IT Loaders, Skid Steers, and Excavators (where licensed)Working collaboratively with site crews to deliver safe, efficient outcomes What We’re Looking For Valid Polywelding tickets – Butt Weld (PMBWELD301E) & Electrofusion (PMBWELD302E)Skilled in operating McElroy & Dixon welding equipment: T900, T500, T618, HF630 & HF225White/Blue CardValid Driver’s Licence (HR desirable)Current Working at Heights and Confined Space certificationsChainsaw, Dogging, Loader, and Crane (C2 / C6) tickets – highly regardedPrevious mining or civil experience (FMG, Rio, BHP, Roy Hill inductions highly desirable)Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol screenStrong safety focus and a great work ethic What’s on Offer Excellent hourly rates – up to $70 p/h allowances (depending on site & experience)FIFO & DIDO options from Perth – multiple rosters (2:1 and 3:1 available)Flights, meals, and accommodation provided (high-quality camp facilities)Weekly pay super on all hours workedTemp-to-permanent opportunities for long-term career securityCareer progression and upskilling with exposure to major projects Why Join NUCREW?
