What you’ll do Prepare accurate plans, working drawings and documentation (ARCHICAD/AutoCAD). Coordinate with estimators, supervisors and consultants to resolve design/detail queries. Translate client briefs into practical, compliant solutions. Ensure drawings meet NCC/BCA, local council and developer guidelines. What you’ll bring Experience in residential drafting or building design (project or custom). Solid software capability (ARCHICAD). Sound knowledge of Australian standards, NCC/BCA and local council processes. Detail focus, time management and clear stakeholder communication.
