The Opportunity: This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for the commercial, residential and regional valuation business in Victoria . As State Director, you will: Drive growth, performance and client outcomes across the Victorian commercia, resi and regional division. Have a hand in writing your own fees Lead and mentor a team of valuers, fostering technical excellence and professional development. Manage P&L accountability, budgets, and operational strategy. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients including corporates, banks, government, and investors. Ensure delivery of high-quality, compliant valuation services across diverse commercial asset classes. Collaborate with national leaders to shape the direction of the broader business. About You: We are seeking an experienced leader who brings: Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) qualification. Significant experience in commercial and/or resi property valuation and advisory . Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results in a client-facing environment. Strong commercial acumen and experience managing financial performance.
