Your new role Sacred Heart Mission (SHM) is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented professional to join our Transformation & Performance Team. As Specialist, Planning & Performance , you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of SHM’s Strategy 2030 by driving performance monitoring, strategic planning, and continuous improvement across the organisation. You’ll work collaboratively across SHM to ensure our business planning and performance frameworks are responsive, data-driven, and aligned with our mission to serve more people and more communities. Click here to download a copy of the position description. Your day-to-day Experience in strategic planning, performance reporting, and project management. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. A commitment to continuous improvement and innovation. Familiarity with transformation methodologies and data-driven decision-making. We're looking for someone with Monitor and report on Strategy 2030 projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timelines. Maintain and evolve SHM’s Planning & Performance Framework tools and guidelines. Collaborate with leaders to develop and track strategic KPIs and contribute to meaningful reporting. Prepare high-quality reports using internal and external data sources to inform service improvement. Support quarterly business reviews and contribute to strategic planning implementation. Undertake project management, research, and policy development to support organisational goals. Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence across SHM. You can look forward to $5 2.54 - $5 4.92 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications).
