About The Role Our Melbourne portfolio is growing, and we’re on the lookout for proactive, hands-on maintenance staff to take elevate our operations. From general repairs and upkeep – including plumbing, electrical, plant and machinery, painting, plastering, and carpentry – to ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly, your work will be central to delivering a safe and well-maintained community. This is a great opportunity for someone with proven facilities or property maintenance experience, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
