The role As Accountant, you will help oversee the management of Corporate Carbon’s financial accounts and reporting across multiple entities. This role will see you: Prepare and reconcile financial transactions, accounts, and journal entries. Deliver month-end close, financial statements, and variance analysis. Support tax compliance and regulatory reporting, including BAS, payroll tax, and FBT. Partner with business stakeholders to provide insights that support decision-making and budgeting. Contribute to process improvement, technology adoption, and reporting frameworks to increase efficiency and accuracy. Liaise with auditors, accountants, and other service providers to ensure compliance and high-quality financial outcomes. Knowledge and experience Minimum of three years' experience in an accounts or similar role. Demonstrated experience in financial and budgetary processes and systems. Advanced level experience using Xero. Advanced level Ms Office 365 applications including MS excel.
