Ad close date: 5 October, 2025 Contact: Brendan Creevey | bne.catholic.edu.au About the opportunity In this position you will be responsible for: Creating a nurturing and ordered learning environment that is learner-centred, supportive, cooperative, and aligned with relevant curriculum policies, documents and practices Collaboratively developing and implementing quality curriculum programs and appropriate pedagogy; evaluating their effectiveness; assessing and reporting student progress and learning outcomes; and reporting these to students, parents and the community Working collaboratively with the leadership team, teachers and other staff members in contributing to the professional life of the school and fostering a positive school culture Proactively engaging with professional learning to enhance student learning outcomes Establishing positive relationships in the pastoral care of students and supporting their spiritual and moral development Be responsible for a Case Management load predominantly within the Year 3 and 4 year levels, where you will also need to collect, analyse and interpret collected data as part of the intervention Program Oversee the implementation of intervention and conduct ongoing progress monitoring and reporting of student progress to parents and staff Collaborate with specialists and external providers to support and implement adjustments specific to the learner, including creation and implemenation of Individual Curriculum Plans (ICP) Collaborate with parents, staff and external providers throughout the Enrolment Application Support Plan for students enrolling with disabilities.
