Location: Marymount College - Burleigh Waters (S) Start date: 27/01/2026 Work hours: 30.00 Salary: $86,601 - $124,725 Tier 1.2 ML Allowance super Status: Full-time Ad close date: 05/10/2025 Contact: (07) 5586 1 About the opportunity In this position you will be responsible for: Leading the designated program in the school Coordinate the work of staff engaged in the designated program in keeping with the values and ethos of the school Regularly communicate with stakeholders (students, parents, school staff and other personnel) to ensure the smooth operation of the program Manage financial and material resources within the area of responsibility including formulating budgets and expending allocated funds Organise program activities including resources, transport, operations, staff, etc. About you To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including: Hands-on leadership and program management experience in which you have helped coordinate a designated program Ability to work confidently and collaboratively with staff, aligning with a school’s values and ethos Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, parents, staff, and external stakeholders Financial management experience, including budgeting and resource allocation Organisational skills to help manage program logistics Hold, or be eligible to hold, registration as a teacher in Queensland.
