This includes maintaining and improving school operations through a variety of tasks and activities. The role involves coordinating and developing ICT and AV support tasks, offering advice, training, and support to staff and students, and identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities. In this position you will be responsible for: Providing strategic advice, analysis and support to the leadership team in relation to ICT Coordinating the development, maintenance and operations of the ICT network infrastructure and recommend improvements to systems and processes Installing and maintaining systemic management and educational delivery systems in accordance with school standards and policies Contributing to the school’s strategic and operational plans by reviewing legislation, regulations, initiatives and policies and providing recommendations Coordinating the school’s asset management including the registration and disposal of ICT hardware and software assets Provide frontline ICT support via helpdesk systems Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot college-issued devices Operate and maintain AV systems for classrooms and events Assist with network infrastructure maintenance and upgrades Maintain and troubleshoot peripheral devices (e.g., printers, scanners) Collaborate professionally with staff, students, and external personnel Promote a positive image of Mt Maria College and support its Catholic ethos. About you To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including: Expertise in providing strategic ICT advice, analysis, and support at the Senior Leadership level Strong ability in developing, maintaining, and improving an ICT network infrastructure Proficiency in installing and maintaining educational and systemic management systems Ability to review legislation, policies, and initiatives, to provide actionable recommendations Experience in managing ICT asset registration, disposal, and lifecycle processes Tertiary qualification at Associate Diploma/Diploma level in ICT or related field For this position you are not required to be Catholic.
