We are seeking for a Senior Structural Engineer to join our Housing team in Adeliade. Position open but not limited to engineering backgrounds as 3 years’ experience in the field without engineering background would be acceptable. Your role will include, but will not be limited to: Overseeing the delivery of timely, high-quality solutions in the residential housing market, including projects such as single-storey, double-storey, transportable, and pole-frame designs. Producing and reviewing designs, including site plans, drainage plans, and other associated documentation. Reviewing and providing guidance on peers’ engineering reports and documentation to ensure quality control and support skill development. Managing client interactions, including setting meeting agendas, capturing minutes, and monitoring orders and feedback on a regular basis. Attending site meetings with stakeholders, including builders, homeowners, and contractors, as required. Maintaining proactive and effective communication with all stakeholders, including engineers, Intrax staff, builders, footing contractors, and local councils. You will need to have: At least 3 years of experience in volume housing. Experience in the design of residential/low rise structural buildings.
