Advise with influence — coach leaders on performance, talent, and change, bringing clarity and confidence to complex decisions. Shape culture and engagement across global teams; help build connection, collaboration, and belonging in a highly technical, fast-moving environment. Collaborate globally with People Centres of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions across talent, reward, learning, and DEI. Use insight and data to drive decisions and measure impact, not just activity. Champion organisational effectiveness ensuring ResMed’s people practices enable agility, innovation, and accountability. Confidence and credibility working with senior leaders, especially in technical or engineering environments. The ability to navigate ambiguity and make sound, pragmatic decisions quickly.
